A’s and Bees continues their tradition of pairing remastered originals with fresh interpretations. ‘Holding Back’ from ’83 blends a funky bassline, soaring strings, and Moore’s soulful vocals. Originally a cover of David Simmons‘ ‘Holdin’ Back,’ this version delivers high-energy disco from across the Atlantic.

Moplen‘s remix, featured on the A1, skillfully transforms the original recording into a seven-minute masterpiece, balancing finesse with power. On the A2, you’ll find the original vocal mix, produced and arranged by MFSB’s Bobby Eli.

The B side offers two expert M&M mixes: the Breakdown and Chin-Mental versions by the renowned duo of John Morales and Sergio Munzabai.
